Lake Murray, SC outline

Does anyone have an outline of lake Murray in South Carolina I would really appreciate it. I have Inkscape and can’t get a good outline of it on there. Thanks

Photoshop first then Inkscape
Probably could have just used Inkscape but I'm not proficient with it.

How come when I download the svg they download in a text format?

It is likely a case that your computer is opening svg files with notepad or some other software rather than your CAD software.

Right click on your downloaded svg file and from the dropdown menu scroll down to "Open With" and from that dropdown select your CAD program.
