I had a customer request a Navy logo, as accurate as possible, so here's what I came up with;
I haven't cut one yet, and it needs to be scaled up a bit, look it over carefully before cutting.

I cleaned it up a bit, fixed a couple problem areas and scaled it to 24":

I cut one today, here's what it looks like:

That looks pretty dam fine. Is that laser or plasma?

It's laser, the one in the picture is only 15 1/2" in diameter, I scaled the file up to 24" for easier plasma cutting, so hopefully you can use it without a bunch of editing.
You might want to radius the intersections on the chain though.
