Looking for a civil War Black Powder Rifle image. I located some on various sites, but did not understand how to convert into a vector graphic.

Youtube is your friend

Search for the software you're using and you will find many videos on how to trace and a object as simple as a black powder rifle will be very easy for you to learn on.

18 inches long but so narrow, hard to include much detail. Maybe try and use the pic attached to trace and compare your result to my dxf.
