I made it about half this size, out of 16 ga. crs, of course it was cut on a laser, so I scaled this up a bit, to about 38.75 wide for plasma.
The narrowest points are about .093 wide, but you might want to scope it out to make sure there are no points that will burn out.
I would recommend at least 14 ga. at this size.
When hand forming, be careful to take it a little at a time, otherwise the features might collide.
