Water Table Step

I drew this step for our plasma's water table, so one doesn't have to lean over the table whilst picking parts off the table. Simply park the forklift over the table with a pallet, climb up on the slats and use our small handheld electro-magnet to pick up parts. I know it wont necessarily work for everyone's table (ours is a Koike Aronson), but I thought I'd share. If nothing else, I think the "step" is pretty nice!

The step parts are made of 7GA and the rest are 1/4". The step slips over the top of the tank, and comes to a rest on the two stops. To move, simply lift up and then move it towards you and off it comes! This one was designed to half the distance between our rail and the top of the table, but you could possibly modify it to fit your needs. The "step tread back" is bent at a 90 4-15/16" from each end, and then I gave the other pieces the curve on a piece of 16" pipe.
