Dumbbell rack help

Does anyone have anything to help with this design? Would love to make some for school

Little something I put together. I left the bend line on the dxf. 10 ga mild steel. Four 1" steel tube spreaders cut to length to match weight handle width. Approximately 4" long. 4 pieces of 3/8" threaded rod and acorn style nuts to hold everything together. Probably should apply some slip on edging on the openings to protect neoprene cover weights and more importantly fingers when placing weights in the rack.
