Here is a cut ready rose and leafs, cut it out of 18 gauge steel and watch any metal rose video on you tube on how to heat and form togeather.
it is alot easier than it looks. I use a 24" 1/4 inch rod and thread the end of it about 3/4 inch down and weld a washer on to it. then slide the pieces on and bolt them tight. just heat and bend to suit your self, the rest is just welded togeather. the you tube video will help give you info needed to understand the heating process. I also used a cutting hammer to pound in the marks for the pedals and leaves.
