Need help with DXF for tiger paw please

Could really use some helping making this into a DXF file to cut. Thank you very much

Here you go. Pretty easy trace. Sometimes the secret is editing the raster image first. I used the magic selection tool in paint.net to select the paw pads then inverted the selection and erased the background, then inverted back to the pads and painted them solid black. A quick import into any vector software like Inkscape and you get a good trace.
