Weber Grill Grates anyone??

Post by dunnmfg »

I'm not sure why I am making this so hard on myself but having trouble with this one today! Can someone help out on this file? I'm looking for it to be 22" diameter. I would like one with just the "grates" and one with the diamond cut in the middle and griddle on the outside. Thanks for any and all help!

Quick draw up, check for accuracy before cutting. Made with 1/4" slots. One with a diamond? And one with just grates. You can trim whatever design into the middle if you have CorelDraw (.cdr uploaded), should also work with Inkscape or any other vector editing program.

What do you cut these from? 1/8" material? 3/16"? I've never made a grille plate, but this looks neat. I'd like to make some replacements for our gas grille as well. They're getting flaky.

I usually do mine from either 3/16" or 1/4" Thinner than that and they begin to warp if the grill gets hot.
