Here is the file cleaned up without the double lines. I opened it up in SheetCam and it looked ok.

I would have included a picture, but do not know how to add one to a post.
Pictures are added the same way as the DXF was added, just be sure the picture is NOT 2 or 3 meg (shrink the picture to less then 100K and it shows p GREAT)! :D It works best as a JPG around 20K / 50K. Just go to the attachments tab and then find your picture and place it where ever you want on the page.

yea, my software only saves as .pcm (plasmacam design edge). the double lines were the closed path and the cut path. Your file is pretty clean! Thanks for the fix!

I just opened it up again in both SolidEdge and Sheetcam. Loaded fine.
What program are you using?

Old iron,
I am not familiar with Qcad. I am wondering if the is an issue with the version type of .dxf. I've heard there are different version of dxf depending on age. Not sure what Solid Edge defaults to. I will have to check when I get home from work. I am still very new at this. That's why I have not post much, I do what to put something up thats full of problems, I am trying to learn using other known working files.

Solid Edge 2D only defaults to AutoCAD.dxf. No other choices for save as a .dxf. I noticed that Inkscape will only save as a AutoCADR14 .dxf.
