What exactly are you trying to convert? The whole thing or just the text?

I use Inkscape when I want to trace a picture. IT'S FREE!

P.S. It works great with my graphic tablet!

I decided to have some fun with this one - you can do it like this, try to edit the text back out or practice tracing the text from scratch! I used Paint.Net to remove the background before tracing. Then some clean up and bridging for this file. No guarantees but have fun! :D

Hey Larry if you don't mind me asking what tablet did you go with? I'm trying to find one to run Inkscape.. I'm always adjusting nodes and I wasn't sure if a tablet or a laptop would be the best way to go.. i hate running heat in my shop just to draw up designs.

I got a HUION DWH69, it was on a great sale so I thought I would give it a try. It's wireless so I can sit back and just put it on my lap and go. I'm left handed so drawing with the mouse is rather hard as the buttons on a mouse are backward for me. It has a 9" X 6" active area with a resolution of 5080 LPI and you can screen zoom to get even better line placement. I haven't had a lot of time to learn how to use it, but what I have done was WAY better then I was doing with a mouse.
Here is one add for it so you can look at what it can do, BUT look around for a price as this one is more then I paid. :D
