Police badge to honor a fallen officer

Fallen officer, I'm looking to cut this and give it to his family. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In memory of all fallen police officers and my father who retired after 30 proud years of service, rest in peace....
I have included a backing plate if you decide to offer blue stripe.

You are more than welcome, I created this badge in solidworks. I have it 18 inches wide and I would imagine you can scale to size as needed. I would not recommend going smaller as the tabbing for the letter drops might burn off.
