This file is designed to cut around 20"x30", so adjust file as needed for your design. You can delete some of the detail to make it cut smaller.

If you cut it, please post a picture.

Sphurley, I draw with a mouse. No tablet here. I don't like those things.

Radical, my version doesn't work as well as a full version Bridgeport. Should be fun to cut one out and hang it in your shop. You can tell people you got a milling machine in the shop. Good for a laugh when a buddy shows up to have you mill something for him.

You do know that if you fill your shop with this kind of machine tools you will have much more floor space. Double stick tape to the walls and finished.
Do you have one of a lathe also? Drillpress? Surface grinder? Beltgrinder? Bandsaw? Might as well make one of a broom as you won't need a real broom to sweep up the swarf.

Here you go. A broom to sweep up all the metal shavings from the milling machine. My husband's Bridgeport has a dust pan and little broom beside it, so here's a broom to go with the mill file. lol

If you do have all that equipment cut from metal and hanging on walls, you can fit a whole machine shop in a small shed from Lowes. Pretty awesome.
