Design Troubles

I am having trouble getting this design to cut without a lot of issues. We are new at this and could use some input. Would anyone be willing to look at this and give input?

Irunyon's dxf file would open but, wouldn't show up in my Qcad program

I've had a few over the years that doe this and I don't have a clue why

I opened the file up in Corel and it looks good, first glance I can't see any problems and I think it would cut fine. What issues are you having?

Same here, besides lots of nodes 12000 which corel brought down to 5800 looks cutable

ive done a lot of farm signs just wondering what make of tractor is that ? and not sure but it looks like you may have an issue with the tread on both front and back wheels

The tractor they are wanting is a Case MX200 and that is what is giving me the most trouble.
