Okay, while I am not anywhere close to the skill levels already shown here,
I took all the pieces from hemichargersrt8's drawings, put them in one drawing
and put the main box together with cut/bend lines.

I was trying to reduce the amount of welding, and to help with ease of fitment.

Thanks again for being such a great community!
Tim

Thanks for the great files ifallswelder and hemichargersrt8. I decided to build one so I could practice welding. As you can see by the pics, I still need a lot more practice, but it was a fun project nonetheless...

Great design there guys. Just out of interest, and excuse any ignorance, but why don't/ can't you combine all the pieces into one dxf file? Also, can you upload a .stp or similar file for the 3D user? One other thing, could you have puzzle tabbed the outside walls to lock together as well. Apologies guys i don't want to cause a stir, and i am no expert by any means, I just use tabs in all my designs to make production foolproof.

Hello,
I just joined as a contributing member as this woodstove is exactly what I was looking for as a project for a welding class I am taking!

Can anyone tell me what size sheet of metal I would need to make this in the intended size? I am very new to this and I would like to make one for a welding class project I am taking through the local adult Ed. Thanks in advance for any advice!
