Hello all, I have been asked for smaller squares, so here goes.
On a personal note, thank you all for the kind comments. To those that have sent monetary gifts, a really big thank you. To those who took the time to post pictures, I really appreciate the feed back!
Basically, I have put together two styles of squares. These can be clamped or bolted to the welding table. They also can be clamped or bolted together to created various combinations. I did not invent these squares, probably developed by the "Romans", I simply have looked across the internet and compiled the best ideas into two squares. As usual all of the parts have puzzle tabs for assembly.

The first is the tri square, all pieces are cut from .25" mild steel and welded together. I have included a template that will help keep the pieces square to each other when welding. Bolt the template (I have colored the template yellow). Then position and clamp the parts around the template. Be sure to use just enough weld to form a solid assembly, but not so much as to warped the assembly from excessive heat. I would imagine that you can reuse the template as a square as well when the project is completed.

The next square is built in the same way, all puzzle tabbed and has a welding assembly template included as well.

Awesome post! Can the table be cut in 1\4" also? Or would that mess up the tab\slot ratio? Either way thanks! I know what my first cuts on my new table will be!

Great work, I would offer a suggestion thought. I would make all your holes 16MM because it fits all the strong hand tools. Also, the 16 MM give enough room for the shoulder etc.

I build my tables with sides. I do use my laser for my tables though and I know Plasma isn’t as accurate.
