can any of you guys help me convert this to a dxf file in the proper dimensions?

I just redrew it. Please size accordingly as it may not be exactly correct. It should be perfectly to scale though. Also, check your bolt hole size. From your drawing it appeared that the hole size was .375" which is what I made them to, but that may not be correct. If you resize the entire piece, the hole size will also change.
