Hi all,

Been a very long time I posted anything up on here. Saw this contest and figured I'd give it a try.

This is a fire place insert we created for a client. We cut it on our Koike 5x10 with a powermax 85.

I have an Eagle Plasma 4x4 table, with a Hypertherm Powermax 45, and a Miller Maxstar 150 TIG. I work out of my garage, which is pretty full of stuff. (Workbench, welding table, metal rack, scrap... The usual)

This is a picture of two of my knockdown fireboxes. One of my best sellers for sure. I make them out of 3/8. The large one in the picture was a custom job, it's 2'x2'x2' not a size I would recommend for this firebox because I think that size lends itself to more warpage. I made a chile roaster drum to go on top of it, but I'm only putting one picture up, so if anyone is interested in seeing the chile roaster drum (and the ash collector tray I built for underneath the box) let me know and I will post it.

There is also a picture of the custom firebox with the chile roaster and ash catcher stand I made to set this box on.

A few I have done starting with one traced from a photo for the owner as a light box and then some made by modifying some of your files Jason to make them a bit more individual without costing the customer a lot in extra artwork
