I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I am having problems opening this particular file (66 dodge cornet) in my cdr x5 program. There seems to be a line running off the bottom of this drawing to I don't know where and I can't seem to edit it without my program crashing. Any advise would be appreciated . Thanks goes out to ColoradoWayne for the original file and all the other ones posted.
Thanks Mark

Thanks for the quick help Peter but I still seem to have the same issue with yours. I don't know why all the other files seem to open fine.
Thanks Mark

Thank you very much Peter. Both of the second files opened perfect. I wish I knew what was going on with the original.
Thanks Mark

Re: Dodge Coronet 1966
Does anyone have any idea what made it do that? I drew it in DraftSight and it opens correctly for me. I save as R2004-2006 ASCII Drawing (dxf) format. I would like to share the most usable stuff I can. Thanks.

Re: Dodge Coronet 1966
It looks like it may just be a line drawn from 0,0 up to the first point in the car design. The original dxf locks my Corel right up. How far from 0,0 the design is drawn may have something to do with Corel locking up...not sure. Is it drawn close to 0,0 or far away?

Re: Dodge Coronet 1966
I downloaded from here and it is about 2 1/2" for 0,0, and the car is about 21" wide - so I would call that pretty close. If I draw a rectangle around the car in draftsight, the bottom left corner is less than 1" from 0,0. Some day I would like to try Corel, it sounds pretty versatile.

Re: Dodge Coronet 1966
I'm using Coreldraw X7. The first two files locked me up/crashed out Corel as well (line running from the car down to the lower left corner of the screen). The file with X5 in the title opened fine.
I've had this same issue happen with other files from here. I remember a couple of eagle/flag files that were this way. Single, or many, lines taking off to the lower left of the screen, and they'd lock up Corel. I haven't tried opening them in Solidworks, though.
