Firefighter Trace

I am looking to convert this image my uncle drew over 20 years ago. He is a firefighter and they are having their reunion soon. I was hoping someone could help me convert this image so I could cut out what he drew.

Please let me know if you could help me.

I just need the main portion of the image, not the text on the bottom

I see that I'm a little late with the help. I included the bmp, svg and dxf in the zip file. That way you can change what you like. It's cut ready, however, there is a lot of detail that might need to be modified in order to not burn out at the size you cut. Hope it helps.
