I downloaded the DXF for this, however, all the lettering came into sheet cam with two start points per letter. Anybody else run into this? and what was the fix??

Just as a heads up, those sharp points can injure someone (yeah, ask me how I know) anyways I rounded all the flag points. But this is the most awesome flag when all done!!

Okay, I am using a Viper Cut 30 amp plasma cutter with a .8 nozzle 90psi cutting at 100 ipm. Will this file work to cut with what I have, or is it more meant for a laser cutter?

Yes this will work with what you have, most if not all these guys are cutting this with plasma.

I am having a problem doing the cut lines on the flag, it only wants to do small lines when o go to click on a cut line. How can I fix this?
