Used the attached file to create the one in the video with automotive candy paint and clear.

Thanks to claddagh For the file!

This was my first project on the table. THC wasn't working, and i was using 85amp consumables, probably not the right feed rate... but i got it finished :)

This is a great example of why we charge what what we charge! or at least should be....
I have people give me shit when I tell them my shop rate is $55hr.
Are you kidding me?
Love the Video & detail & effort you put into this piece... Thanks for sharing

Thanks man, and yes, with all of the imported knockoff stuff it's hard to compete, but there are some people out there that will have an appreciation for it.

Turbo, great video. But you got quite a bit of work to do on that shop! First, it's way too clean! Second, you don't have enough clutter and junk clogging everything around the tables. If you aren't hurdling scrap, broken band saws, occasional lawn mower, boxes of misc. junk and other such nonsense, you make it look too easy. ;). Cheers, nice job. I think that video will do good things in educating your customer base on the effort involved and valu in what you produce.

Lol, you are exactly right, I fight everyday to keep the clutter down, but it's hard to do, things are about to get busy and hectic here, so there will be crap slung everywhere soon enough, but I have videos to prove that it once looked nice! lol

If you look back thru the thread you will find several DXF files posted, I would try the last file because they are sometimes revised and fixed to work better. :D

Absolutely love this dxf. I have made many now, changed things off and on to make it my own. I am so grateful and thankful for the person you shared this. I have went on to do the Texas, Confederate, Canadian and the 1776, plus many more. I do a lot of air brush with metal dyes.

Having fun creating.
