Re: Navy Anchor
Not sure exactly what USN Anchor you are wanting, but I googled this and made it DFX file. Took all of 1 minute. Hope it helps or at least give something to work with. I have not cut this.

Re: Navy Anchor
Please do not use that anchor. It is an incomplete version for some reason keeps getting used. The above anchor is supposed to be a Chief's Anchor, but it is not. A true Chief's Anchor is fouled. I will attach what it is supposed to look like.

Re: Navy Anchor
There are several changes I would make to this program. I would remove the inside line from the outline of the anchor to make it more solid, this would allow for the 4 large cutouts in the anchor hooks. I would continue this same approach on the upper part of the anchor and remove the inner outline at the top, reconnecting lines where they were needed to make a solid part with the larger cutouts (the hole and four bars). Drawings like this work well in vinyl but not in metal. You could also engrave a file like this and it would work great.
As you can see, some drawings on this site are better suited for one type of machine then for others, but with a little work most all of them will make a great addition to your collection.

Cleaned it up and it cut great. This is a dual layer commemorative piece I made for someone retiring. All will be ground to a shiny finish. Back layer will be candy gold, front ring will be candy blue, USN will be just shiny silver and all will get 2K Clear Coat.

Re: Navy Anchor
Would you be willing to share your dxf file and what font you used for this? I would love to do something similar for my brother.

What type of candy color paint are you using? I would love to have your file. My son is in the Navy.
