Thanks for posting when I cut this I am going to do a layered look with the head in white and the beak in yellow and the tail in black. Placed on the overall brown base outline.

I cut it out today from 14 Ga it is about 18" across but think I should be about 24" to look better.
I was please with the fine cut and 200 IPM . I worked over the original drawing to remove think lines for a better cut.
I will post the colored version soon.

Do you glue on your second layer or do you spot or tack weld?

For this one I used Super Glue from Locktite, marked professional liquid found at a craft store.
I have used another glue called Goop that stays very flexible and works great for larger parts handling but is stringy.
Don't get that stuff on clothing it won't come off!!!
