Now that I have looked closely at the file I have to ask if you are using a laser cutter? Even with fine cut tips there is no way I could cut that close!

Yes, all of my drawings are designed with the laser in mind.

I tried cutting it on my plasma table with fine cut tips and most of the center just fell out. Too much detail for plasma but an awesome design for sure!

No change to drawing had to see; 220 IPM Fine tip.
Will give it one more try.

I had the same problem I think it need a up-scale maybe 1.5 That would make the size about 7.5" X 12" long.
