I would like to make one, do you use a ring roller? If so I am out of luck at this point as I dont have one yet.
What thickness do you use for material.

Yes I use a ring roller. For these. I cut them from 12 gauge

This one looks just like the one Jason posted back in 2013 - - http://www.plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.p ... elf#p48258
I made one of the shelves myself from his DXF, changed it a little and posted a pic! :D

What size roller do you use to roll them? When we roll a fire ring with that much cut out, it won't roll evenly.

I usually bump the rollers down a hair and feed a solid piece of 11 or 14 ga thru at the same time under the fire ring. I try to use a piece that is the same width as my ring cut outs and long enough to roll approx a quarter of the ring at a time.
