Here some examples ...
I bend the tabs opposite 90's for stacking, anything over 11g i cut an stress relief on tabs for easier hand bending

Interesting design. With all those contact points on the floor I think it will be impossible to not have it wobble. What would happen if the two pieces were sliced differently. the adjoining groove on one would be on the bottom half and the other would be on the top half. They would slide together and be welded together. Cutting off the inside feet and welding the two halves together would give a more stable table. My thoughts

Not seem any wobbles myself , guess perhaps because of the 2" bent over tab on the bottom(be 8's of support) and with it being lagged in on the wood been pretty solid. It is mainly designed this way for shipping all comes apart, When local have requested Steel tops then they are completely weldedsrp wrote:Interesting design.
