Pin wheel

Looking for help. Need to make a pin wheel for the garden. Saw one at a garden center that was beautiful, nearly 5' tall. Does anyone know of a pattern that is available? Any outdoor projects with moving parts would be welcome too!

Any outdoor plans are greatly appreciated. Want to have a number of different options for my customers to choose from. Headed for home now. Will take me about 5 hours to get there. Then the fun begins!!! Will post pics
