Are you cutting this on a laser?

The bars all the way to the left have a space of 0.742 . . .

Any chance you have one cut & a picture with a clear shot of the left side . . .

I must be doing something wrong, because in 16 gauge I am blowing away spaces that close . . .

Any suggestions . . . appreciated . .

Thanks, trying to learn . . .

I'm cutting it with plazma & yes I was holding my breath...Don't have a pic up close. My table got to where it would't cut so fine so I cleaned off all slids and regreased all made a big diff. hypertherm 1000 40 amp tip.

That might make a difference . . . I have to be at 200 IPM on 16 gauge . . .@ 40 amps . . .

I keep experimenting for that dross free cut . . . I get beautiful on front side . . . and hand scrape-able on back for dross.

Cutting thicker stuff I run fine . . .

I amp waiting for that 30 amp nozzle I'm sure Hypertherm is developing . . . ( hear me Jim)
