Hey Mike,
I think you did a great job on that. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of hoops did you have to go through?

I redrew / traced the photo in plasmacam. It took a few words about small photos but still got it done. I tried some of my other programs to clean it up but the photo was too blocky. Had to fall back to the eyes.

Thanks Mike! Did you use the lines and arcs and so forth? There is no freehand tracing in PCam is there?

You can bring a photo into plasama cam and let it do it's best at making it into a line drawing. Then use the line and arcs and trace over the line drawing that plasmacam made. As you get an area done, delete that part of the drawing under it. Makes it better to see what you have done. You can also trace freehand over the drawing in the line mode. You just have the click the mouse alot. The more you have zoomed in when you do this, the less jagged the lines will be. You can also use the line smooth command on these lines when your done, if need be. I have done some real detail cutouts this way. It will take time. But if the file you start off with is poor in detail and that is all you have to work with, this works.

OK I never thought about clicking real small lines to freehand. Sometimes I get ovals that are a pain to match even with arcs. I was hoping there was a simpler way I didn't know about.

Thanks and that was nice of you to draw this for him I know how much time it takes to redraw by hand in PCam!!
