That looks great. I have a friend that has a '87 that is here wondering how you plan to mount it, and if it would work on his. Body width is the same, 66.5".
Hi I was wondering if you have a dxf file for this bumper? I thought that I've seen it here before but wasn't sure. I have a tundra and this looks like a great place to start I'm not sure exactly what I would have to change but this picture you have looks great
Just an FYI the ID of this bumper is is by far wider then a 4RUNNER and will not fit the Toyota 4Runner unless modified, but thanks for a good a good starting point. I cut the patern out of cardboard after hose clamping a sharpi to my torch on my machine and then made my modifications quite easy... this is what I did...I used just the outer ears... then nipped the corners....just like this..... worked well...
