Quick question. Is the bracket missing a couple of bend lines, or does it need bent again along the 2" width? I can't get it to look like your example bending it only 4 times. I can get it looking like the bottom image in my attachment though, which can work.

Thanks for the great observation. It appears that my design work did include a miscalculation on the amount of bends that would be required. Here is the revised bracket that should form correctly now. My apologies for the miscalculation. JH
