Adding text on the outside of an oval

Does anyone know if there is a way in PlasmaCam to add text to the outside of an oval? i have played with it and can not fiqure it out. I need to add Welcome on the top and a name on the bottom of it in the Western font. If anyone can give me the steps on how to do, I'd be very pleased. Trying to learn this machine, but stuck on this feature. I talked to someone at PlasmaCam and they told me there was awy in the Design Edge, but they didn't know the steps.

Its easy to do in CorelDraw

I haven't purchased Corel Draw yet, still looking at it. I did download Inkscape,and I ordered a manual but it has not arrived yet. Thanks anyway.

If you have designedge, the easiest way is to draw a duplicate arc to the oval the length you want the arch to be.....
then do your text. next step...select text .....now look for the button on the toolbar that has a arch with an abc above it....click it then click on the shape or arch.....then select how you want it to be placed on the arch. it will move your letters to the shape and you can delete the extra arch...hope this makes sense.....
you can also do this inside any closed path shape for different shaped text.
you can also make drawings follow the shapes or line the same way....play with this feature it can be alot of fun
just like the chain as seen here...

Thanks, Brian, I do have Design Edge in the PlasmaCam I will play with it.
