Might not be a vector font.

True FONT files are 100% vector and also contain embeded information about kerning, family , styles , etc
Coreldraw will not automatically pick up a font even if Windows does. Ther eis an app (Bitstream Font Manager) in the Corel menu list that lets you see all of the real fonts on the system nad lets you drag and drop a font tot he installed list for Coreldraw. If you cannot see it in the list of All Fonts (you may have to hunt for it on your drive) and actually see a same of the characters on the lower window then it is probably not a real font file. I have see artwork collections that have individual characters (even in vector) but they are not FONTS..they are simply vecor images. You ahve it import them one a t atime and scale or rotate each one seperately/
