Anyway to auto back up files?

So saw the discussion on the cloud based stuff and figured I would as you guys.

I use drop box for some stuff, but not for everything.
90% of my cad files are on my laptop which I bring back and forth to the shop with me. Is there a way to have my laptop automatically back up selected folders every day or every few hours?
Just some type of automated back up where I don't have to manually do it. Its more than just cad files, I'd like to back up my other business documents as well.

If your thinking about complete failure then I would say something along the lines of crashplan.

All documents of mine are on a NAS that then backs up to crash plan also to Drive for me for everywhere access.

Family pics on NAS Well that backed up to Crashplan as well.

You can directly back a laptop to it as well + some others as well black blaze etc.
