Not sure what you are asking, are you wanting the drawing centered on the monitor or are you trying to center the objects on the drawing? To center on the monitor you can use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out, it is a little tricky to get use to but after a while it is pretty easy. If you want to move the entire drawing around, you can use the "Ctrl+A" command to select all, then click and hold onto any piece of the drawing and you can move everything to where you want it.

If you are trying to center items in your drawing (eg: putting a circle centered inside of a square), you would use the "Align And Distribute" flyout. This can be found under the "Arrange" pull down menu. Select "Arrange", then "Align And Distribute" and then you can select individual actions or choose the bottom selection labled "Arrange And distribute" and it will open up the allign tool box, from there you can check box what you want to center and how you want it done.

Hope that helps.

Or if you want to centre the drawing or whatever to the page select it and hit "p" that will centre it on the page.

So if you want a circle in the the centre of a square you can draw the square and hit "p" then draw the circle and hit "p" and it will be centred.

A tip for another one, if you want a circle off set in the square by say half an inch to the left, do as a above and then select the circle. At the top left you will see coordinates where the centre of the selected object is in relation to the zero of the page. Deduct 1/2" from the"X" coordinate and hit enter and it is now offset by half and inch. To go go right increase it by 1/2", same with the y
If you want to do this with something that is only centred either vertically or horizontally you can use the same teknique with the align and distribute flyout.

If your mouse is not zooming to the part.
Go to tools, options, workspace, toolbox, zoom and pan, check box the center mouse when zooming.
This is on 7 but should be close
