I just tried to post a dxf i drew and when i previewed it came up all broken up--missing lines ect.I am using corel draw x4.Can i save in an older version and try that?If so how do i do that thanks Jim

Corel X4 won't let you save .dxf file to version older than R13. R12 seems to be the most compatable in my experience and this has caused some problems for me.
As for your issue first thing I would try is to select all your objects in Corel and set the line color to black. Your lines may not actually be missing, I have seen in many cases some of the lines in a drawing being white and not showing up on the white background.
Upload a file to this thread if you still have problems, I'd be curious to check it out.
