Cutting over things twice

:!: I can take a image, vectorize it on hycad, put it on sheetcam with no offset. I put it on Burntables it looks good then when it starts to cut it goes over every cut twice. HELP :?: :?: :?:

If you have open paths in sheetcam (you can test it in SC with simulation) it may do that. depends on your open path settings if I recall

You only have one layer correct?

How do you know where to change the layer?
And should it always be one???

If you did a trace, it is possible that you actually have two images instead of one. when you make a trace of an object, you actually trace all the dark areas (black areas) AND the white areas (open spaces). The reason you don't see the white areas is because they are usually layed on a white background with no outline so they don't really show up. When you send to the plasma, it creates a cut path for the black areas and also creates an exact cutpath for the white areas. It doesn't see color, just objects so it see's the black areas that you want and the white areas that you don't know are there.

To fix this you will need to delete all the inside areas (also called drops) so that you are only left with the one single object instead of two.
