With the price tag on this welcome sign it appears this is someone trying to sell their work to make a living. Maybe you should have asked them for the file when you made the picture. This sign could easily be drawn or made with the use of free clipart. Pirating the work of another is not cool so very few on this forum would make this into a DXF for you. If a file is shared by its creator it is fair game, if not shared it should be enjoyed or it could be an inspiration for you to create something similar.
