30 amp settings for a Thermal Dynamics cutmaster A80

30 amp cut speed chart:

30A, 1/16" standoff

18ga 240 ipm
12ga 120 ipm
6 ga 40 ipm
1/4" 20 ipm
3/8" 10 ipm

Thanks for the reply how can i also get the Kerf with, Pierce delay, Pierce hight, Plunge rate, Cut hight, Voltage & what the best air pressure to run per material and thickness. Thanks

Isn't that information all listed in the cut charts in your Cutmaster operators manual?

The cut charts only go to 40Amp

This is what i use for 30 amp on my A-80 and works fine for 16 and 14 ga .029 kerf width,90 ipm [water table], pierce delay .2,pierce height.06,cut height .05. 95 vlts.

I run a 82 on my table and the manual is no where near the speeds I cut at or hight

I have TD cutmaster 82 and I find the speeds are really close to the book, but my only goes down to 40amps the book that is
