Have a winter project comeing up that will cause me to need a english wheel. I know I can buy one but where is the fun in that. The frame is easy to build, my question is does anyone have a cheap source for the rollers or dies.,I have a lathe but some things are easier to buy than make. Maybe someone has done built one and knows of a good source.

Try Williams Low Buck Tools, they have frame kits that you can change multiple tools on and rollers, dies etc.
