1. Prior to advertising an service you might want to read and be familiar with rules and requirements.
2. There are plenty of people here who are willing to help others out without the need for a funds transfer. Yes quality can vary depending on who does the conversion and their experience in doing so but it's the luck of the draw.
3. there are very capable programs available that are free so people can learn for themselves.
