Converting a PDF to DXF?

Can a pdf be converted to a dxf file? Can someone tell me how to do it or perhaps give me a hand?

Try this. I just imported into Corel X5 and then saved as a dxf. It'll take some work to make it "cut-ready" but it's a start.
