Does anyone have any detailed plans on building a BBQ smoker to smoke brisket, ribs, chicken??? Hungry yet??? :)

Don't have any plans but they are pretty easy.

Just get your firebox far enough away from the cooking area so you don't give it too much direct heat.

Also use thick enough plate so the entire thing retains heat inside. Thin stuff is not very good and won't last getting hot and cold....Factor in humidity and weather, you will have a rust box with a bunch of building time in it.

Do a web search and take ideas from many and put all the nice features it into one.
