If these are your first cuts I bet you were jumping up and down with excitement weren't you. They look nice. I notice what looks like a lead in on batman and maybe a couple of other places. But you will fix that easily enough.

You probably need to flip your lead-ins, but other than that your cuts look great.

I noticed the lead ins on my very 1st one.... a cat. So I figured that out. The OUTSIDE of the batman is actually the finished product I was going after so the lead in on the bat is ok! Thank you guys so much, I love this website! :)

We have noticed that our tips are burning up WAY too fast, I'm thinking it's because they're too close. (was .16) Any suggestions on how high to have it off of the metal? Our height sensor isn't working right. I believe we have it on .2something now......

Thanks again guys

I run my cut at .06 and my starts at .12 and can go through several thousand inches and starts before changing tips. your probably burning up tips from wet air or touching the work piece JM $.02 Very nice work I still have my first piece on the porch. It was the first one I cut and then the first one I powder coated when I got that set up.
