New and almost figured out... need help.

So i am having a good time with the torchmate X. Ive got my gcode all setup and imported into the Vmd to start cutting. Dry test perfect.

When i go to cut, the todcch doesnt lower or ignite and simply traces it in the air like during the dry run.

Im positive its a basic mistake im making.

Any advice?
