Fastcam - error messages on cnc

Hi all,
I'm a complete novice at this so don't be too hard on me!
Our plasma got installed on Monday, and we use FastCam software, and I've been having a go using inkscape too.
I can draw and cut basic shapes, but if I add anything to the drawing like words or another shape, when i send it to the plasma it comes up with an error message : ''Unable to calculate the corrected trajectory. Radius compensation 0.5mm''
I've watched loads of tutorials etc, read the books supplies but cant find any info on this error message.I'm waiting to hear back from Fastcam and also our supplier for the plasma, but wondered if this was something basic, like a step/setting that I am missing, that you may be able to help me with?
