Parts are being cut in a different spot than where they are nested?

Anyone ever have this problem? I have everything nested where I want it in sheet cam. Set up my tool paths and create a g code. Everything looks fine. Upload it into mach 3 still looks great. Hit start and it took 3 parts and moved them onto other already cut parts. It only did it on 1 section of the sheet. Everything else cut like it was supposed to where it was supposed to. The 3 pieces it messed up were all off by different measurements also. And the sheet was never moved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably have multiple images sitting on top and it cutting. Now if its different parts (shapes ) then its got to be in the file.
