T45m torch

Postby Rtodahl01 » Wed Jan 10, 2018 12:12 am

Does anybody know where to get replacement "O" rings for the T45m torch.
I haven't seen any listed on the hypertherm site.

Call the tech line, I think I found the one for my torch in the manual showing parts break down, also buy the silicone lube for the O ring. It just needs a small amount but helps alot.

Here is the parts breakdown (copied from the service manual...this is also in the operators manual). The Oring is part number 058503 from Hypertherm, the generic info is: Oring, Viton, .625 x .070" (for sourcing locally). Jim Colt Hypertherm As always.....the service department or customer service at Hypertherm can help with Hypertherm questions! Contact info for both is in your operators manual near the front!

Awesome, thank you.
Went to the welding supply store they let me take one off one of their machines.
went home and put it on. Wah! Lah! problem solved.
Such a simple thing that causes so much grief.
I ordered a bunch of them so I have extras.
