Can plasma cut pieces be quenched?

Post by Spitterkat »

Do you guys know how much heat the work piece absorbs when being cut (I know its going to be relative to how long the job takes, job size etc) but do they have average values? What I'm trying to find out is whether or not I can cool plasma cut pieces in water post cutting

My water table usually takes care of that problem. It was a add on. I usually pick my parts up right after cutting and they are cool. If a water table is not an option for you I see no problem with water
